End User License Agreement

This EULA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GURACORP software and digital deliverables according to your purchased or contracted scope.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or resell licensed assets unless explicitly authorized in writing by GURACORP.

The software and content are provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited as described in your governing agreements.

If you violate this agreement, your license may be terminated immediately.

Digital Product Purchases (Design Courses & Asset Packs)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Digital products — including but not limited to design courses, video tutorials, asset packs, and downloadable files — constitute a knowledge transfer and are delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that:

• No refund, exchange, or credit will be issued for any digital product once delivery has begun.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital products will be contested with proof of delivery.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing product descriptions and requirements before purchasing.

GURACORP reserves the right to update product content at any time. Access to previously purchased content may be modified at GURACORP's discretion.
